It is produced by the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, and is known for causing acute vomiting and diarrhea after hours after ingesting food stuff that has under gone temperature abuse.
Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis - Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis is a facultative anaerobe Gram negative rod-shaped bacterium linked to raw or undercooked eggs and poultry, and one of many causative agents of food poisoning. Symptoms of salmonellosis include fever, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, weakness, and loss of appetite.
Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis - Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis (HGE) is a disease of dogs characterized by sudden vomiting and bloody diarrhea. The symptoms are usually severe, and HGE can be fatal if not treated.
Cyclic vomiting syndrome - Cyclic vomiting syndrome (US English) or cyclical vomiting syndrome (UK English) (CVS) is a condition whose symptoms are recurring attacks of intense nausea, vomiting and sometimes abdominal pain and/or headache.
